NOTE : The mapping will be working in the Bulk Conversations as well as in the conversations component.
Go to the Mappings object and click New.
To get the mapping for the email field when the object and channel are selected, enter the API name in the respective field and select an Email Provider. Click Save.

Similarly, to get the mapping for the Phone field when the object and channel are selected, enter the API name in the respective field and select an SMS Provider. Click Save.
