In the document record, you can see the details of the template, the object, and the record with which the document was generated.
The merged content of the header, body, and footer, as well as all the merged table records, will also be available for the generated template with a specific Content Version.
You can edit the content as per your requirement by adding content, images, as well as tables. To preview the final content, click on the Preview button to view the content with its merged values.
By clicking on the Generate button, you can generate the PDF with the updated content without affecting the original template. A new ContentVersion will be created at the same time to ensure the updated content has been populated to the editor.
The PDF will be saved in the Notes and Attachments related list of the record with which this document record is related.
