Create and Preview Template

Navigate to the Template object and click New. Enter the details for your template.

Select the object for the template. Additionally, you can select a merge field for that object from the ‘Select merge field’ option, which can be used in the template content.

Enter the content in your Header, Body and Footer. You can use images, links, tables and various other options to customize your template more comprehensively. You can either type content manually or add the HTML template code directly to the source code and save it.

To add a merge field, click on Merge Field, select the field you want to display in your template, and paste it in the appropriate place in your content.

Once your template content is complete, you can save the template by clicking on the Save button. After clicking Save, a version will be created, and the template will be saved.

Click the Preview button to preview the template and you can view the merged template content. Select the user and click ‘Show Preview’.
