Navigate to the Template object and click New. Select the record type as Email, then click Next and enter the details for your template.

Select the object for the template. Additionally, you can select a merge field for that object from the ‘Select merge field’ option, which can be used in the template content.

Enter the subject and body for the email. You can use images, links, and various other options to customize your template more comprehensively. You can either type your email manually or add the HTML template code directly to the source code and save it.
NOTE : You can add multiple images but the size of images should not exceed 3MB.

Once your template content is complete, you can save it and also preview the template. After clicking Save, a version will be created, and the template will be saved.

When previewing the template, you can view the merged template content. Select the user and click ‘Show Preview’.
