Navigate to the Platform events and then click on your custom event for AOB Messenger.
Scroll to bottom and click manage associated with AOBMessengerSubscriberEvent.
Click on Suspend. Once it gets suspended, you will get option to resume it again. Click Resume and now your issue should be resolved.
