Refund Processing
Select the transaction that is ‘Succeeded’ that needs to be refunded, then click on the “Refund” button and click confirm to refund the payment.
A refund transaction with status as pending will be created in the refund transactions section of the record.
Click on the transaction to see the details of your refund transaction.
